How to track your order
- Open the shipping confirmation email from VYLOREN.
- Select the tracking number or tracking button in the email.
- You can also sign in to view your order history and current order status.
Checked out as a guest?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received a shipping confirmation after the processing period, contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Delivery timing
Orders are processed in 3–5 business days and usually arrive 7–15 business days after dispatch. Tracking events can take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.
