This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through VYLOREN at vyloren.store.

30-Day Returns at a Glance

Eligible unworn items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
VYLOREN does not charge a restocking fee.
Customers pay tracked return shipping for change-of-mind and sizing returns.
VYLOREN covers reasonable return costs for confirmed damage, defects, or fulfillment errors.
Custom items and opened pierced earrings are subject to the exceptions below.

Start a Return Request

Contact support@vyloren.store, use our Contact page, or sign in through the account page. Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. Our support team normally replies within 24 hours.

If your return is accepted, we will send the complete return address and shipping instructions. Approved returns must be shipped within seven calendar days after the instructions are issued. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, an item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. The 30-day window begins on the date that each item is delivered.

Return Location

Approved returns must be sent to our designated return facility in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. We provide the complete address after reviewing the request. Do not return an item to the address on the original shipping label unless our support team instructs you to do so.

Change-of-Mind and Sizing Returns

For an eligible return requested because of preference, fit, or sizing, the customer is responsible for tracked return shipping to the designated facility. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable. VYLOREN does not charge a restocking fee.

International return shipping can be expensive. Contact us before sending anything and keep the shipping receipt and tracking information until the return is complete.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within seven days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy. When a return is required because of a confirmed defect, damage, or fulfillment error, VYLOREN will provide a prepaid label when available or reimburse reasonable tracked return shipping costs. Do not discard the packaging or return the item before receiving instructions.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Personalized, engraved, custom-made, altered, and made-to-order items cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from the approved order details.
For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot normally be returned after their hygiene seal or protective packaging has been opened, except when the item is faulty or applicable law provides otherwise.
Gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original eligible item and place a new order after the return is accepted. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled under the section above.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within ten business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
