Submitting an inquiry, design request, or customization form does not by itself confirm an order, price, production schedule, or delivery date.

The applicable design, materials, price, production requirements, and estimated lead time must be confirmed before production begins.

Custom or personalized products cannot normally be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. This does not apply where a product arrives damaged, defective, materially different from the approved order details, or where applicable law provides otherwise.

Jewelry may be affected by moisture, chemicals, cosmetics, friction, impact, storage conditions, and normal wear.

Unless expressly supported by testing, we do not guarantee that a product is waterproof, tarnish-proof, scratch-proof, or suitable for persons with particular allergies or sensitivities.
